Hi there! My name is Erica and I am here to help. As your therapist my job is to help you to navigate many of the challenges you currently face. I believe everyone needs at least one person in their lives that makes efforts to understand who they truly are, in a non-judgemental and supportive way. Being vulnerable with a stranger can be daunting at first, but over time you can find a therapist that provides a comfortable space for you to share the thoughts and feelings that you find difficult expressing to others. Let’s begin this journey of healing together.
